My wife and I worked with Nick starting in January of 18 through the purchase of our home at the end of April. He showed us countless homes and worked a great deal on finding us something that best suited us. As he eventually explained to us when we were done and we came to realize as we went through the process of finding a home is that he allowed us to pick a number of the first homes we went to view and took notes of what we liked and didn't like from each one all while sitting back and taking the mental notes of it all. After we had picked 10 or so of our own to see he was then able to dig in and start doing a lot of researching for us based on what he had picked up from our likes and dislikes from all previous homes. This was all by design so that ultimately it was still us picking what we wanted and not him trying to get us in the first home he could. It was that sort of thoughtful approach that led to such a great experience throughout and with us getting the home we most certainly wanted but may not have known from the outset. We would highly recommend Nick's services to anyone in the long island area as his knowledge and approach to his craft are certainly above and beyond that of many others in the industry.
